The information about the extension of the complaint review and its reason will be provided to the User before the end of the 7-day period referred to in the first sentence of this provision of the Regulations. If the submitted complaint contains deficiencies that prevent its review, WP, if it deems it necessary for a proper review of the complaint, shall immediately request the complainant to supplement it, specifying a period not shorter than 7 business days and the scope of this supplementation, with a warning that failure to complete the complaint within the specified period will result in the complaint being left without review. After the ineffectual expiration of the specified period, the complaint is left without review.

3. WP will direct its response to the complaint to the User and, in the case of a User who lacks legal capacity, also to the User's legal representative or legal guardian, to the email address provided by the User or the legal representative/legal guardian in the 1login account service from WP Form, respectively.

4. The provisions of the Regulations conflicting with the applicable consumer protection regulations do not apply to Users who are consumers within the meaning of the applicable law. Consumers are also entitled to use the out-of-court dispute resolution option electronically via the European Union's ODR platform, which allows filing complaints and seeking claims related to concluded agreements, available at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
1. The Regulations come into force upon their publication on the website of the Service and replace the previously applicable regulations of the Wirtualna Polska Services to the extent that they establish different issues.

2. WP reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time, especially for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons, without the need to justify these reasons. Changes to the Regulations come into force on the day of their publication on the website of the Service (in particular, by publishing the unified text of the Regulations containing changes), to the extent permitted by applicable law. WP informs current Users (who use the 1login account service from WP at the time of the change in the Regulations) about the change to the Regulations by placing a relevant notice about the change on the website of the Service. Changes to the Regulations are binding on current Users (who use the 1login account service from WP at the time of the change in the Regulations) after WP performs the actions indicated in the preceding sentences of this provision of the Regulations, including notifying Users about the change to the Regulations by placing a relevant notice on the website of the Service, subject to the provisions of the Regulations. WP may also additionally inform current Users about the change to the Regulations via email.

3. If the User does not accept the changes to the Regulations, the User may terminate the agreement for the provision of the 1login account service from WP with immediate effect, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.

4. Continued use of the 1login account from WP after the changes to the Regulations are made is equivalent to the User's confirmation that they have reviewed the changes to the Regulations and their statement of acceptance of all the changes to the Regulations.

5. The Regulations are provided to Users free of charge and are continuously available on the website of the Service in a manner that allows Users to obtain, reproduce, and save its content at any time.
